... we are situated 2km out of town, right in the middle of beautiful flower fields and large forests. But only a short 45 min walk or a few minutes driving bring you back in town. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and this perfect location to start you walking or hiking tours right into the Black Forest.

enjoy the sun and fresh gras around the golf course, or hike up the the majestic "Großvater-Tannne" the biggest fir tree in the Black Forest, or take a walk up to one of the local Chalets or Cafés.... so many options too choose from.

Take a walk- get back with our shuttle or public transport
with the KONUS-Card, which you will get at your arrival, you can use all the busses and trains in the area for free. We also offer a free shuttle for walking tours which start further away a few times a week.
Still wild: the Black Forest National Park
Only a short drive (about 20km) brings you right into the Black Forest national park. You can take a guided tour or discover the untouched nature and lots of protected plants and animals yourself.
Nordic Walking: the active way of walking
you can borrow our nordic walking sticks for free. There are many different routes around the hotel and Freudenstadt itslf has two walking centres with more designated walking ways.
